Haga parkrun, event 54, run report

So week 40 was not only the week where we celebrated Swedish Kanelbullar day but it was also the week of International parkrun Day!
 
Autumn has arrived, the leaves in Hagaparken are turning and it really is starting to look quite colourful. 62 parkrunners joined us on Saturday and 13 wonderful volunteers helped make the event possible. Thanks to everyone for making it a great parkrun day!
 
It was great to see so many new faces this week with 25 first timers. Out of the repeat participants joining we also had 11 PBs, fantastic effort.
 
The tennis club is now closed for the season so after the event a big group of us headed to Odenplan where we warmed up after our morning activity with coffee and a Kanelbullar (or two!). Below are all the official statistics from the day:
 
Haga parkrun, Event number 54, 7th October 2017
 
This week 62 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 25 were first timers and 11 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 12 different clubs took part.

Male placings:
Filip AINOUZ (SM30-34) of IF Linnea, was first over the line in 17:46 - third time in 9 appearances.
Andreas NYHLÉN (VM45-49) (Unattached) was second over the line in 18:17.
Nikolai HERRMANN (JM15-17) (Unattached) was third over the line in 18:39 - was first to finish once before.
 

Female placings:
Jessica BILBREY (SW30-34) of Clapham Chasers RC, was first (20th overall) over the line in 22:14 - first appearance.
Cecilia BERTHOLDS (VW35-39) (Unattached) was second (21st overall) over the line in 22:28.
Catherine BARRY (SW30-34) (Unattached) was third (28th overall) over the line in 23:29.
 

The three highest age grades were recorded by:
Andreas NYHLÉN (VM45-49) – 78.12% for the time 18:17 (second overall).
Jan ROMGARD (VM50-54) – 74.40% for the time 19:59 (6th overall).
Filip AINOUZ (SM30-34) – 73.45% for the time 17:46 (first overall).
 

The female record is held by Yoie BOHLIN who recorded a time of 17:30 on 10th June 2017 (event number 38).
The male record is held by Jere PAJUNEN who recorded a time of 15:56 on 29th July 2017 (event number 45).
The Age Grade course record is held by Yoie BOHLIN who recorded 84.57% (17:30) on 10th June 2017 (event number 38).
 

Haga parkrun started on 27th August 2016. Since then 1,169 participants have completed 2,944 parkruns covering a total distance of 14,720 km, including 576 new Personal Bests.
