Welcome to (not)parkrun!

Welcome to (not)parkrun, parkrun's virtual event to help keep you motivated and connected during the time when parkrun is suspended.
(not)parkrun gives you an opportunity to submit a time for a 5k walk, jog, or run, on a route of your choosing (so this doesn't have to be on your parkrun course).
All you need to do is the following:
Log-in to your parkrun profile, which looks like this:

When you get in your parkrun profile, click on the button ‘(not)parkrun’

Then follow the simple instructions to register your 5km time.

Remember, you can submit up to one time per day, and your fastest time each week (the week is from Monday to Sunday) will be shown on your home event’s ‘(not)parkrun’ results list……

And a final reminder – your 5km time doesn’t have to be recorded on the parkrun course, it can be done anywhere. Please avoid gathering in groups at the usual parkrun time on a Saturday morning and observe whatever government advice and social distancing guidelines that applies to you in your country.

(not)parkrun is entirely separate to, and different from, parkrun. Participating in (not)parkrun does not count towards parkrun milestones and there are no volunteering opportunities at (not)parkrun – this is simply a walk, jog, run initiative.
